What: The Museum at Eldridge Street will be hosting a conversation with Los Angeles Times film critic Kenneth Turan and filmmaker Henry Bean about Jews and movies. The two will take a look at the way their Jewish upbringing and heritage influence their work in the film industry, including a look at Bean’s film about Judaism and anti-Semitism, The Believer. They will also discuss other important and provocative films on the subject.
