CU Alumnus Documentary, “mindFLUX”

What: mindFLUX, a documentary produced by Columbia University Graduate Arnie Friedland, is about the life of avant-garde playwright, director and designer Richard Foreman and features interviews by Yoko Ono, Willem Dafoe, Power Boothe and Lou Reed among others, it will make it’s world premiere November 5th.

Info: Tickets are on sale now online for showings at NYU’s Kimmel Theater ($16 for adults and $13 for Students). They are also currently giving away free tickets on their Facebook page.

About the Film: “mindFLUX” explores the creative universe of critically acclaimed experimental playwright, director, and designer Richard Foreman. The film examines how this artist courageously bypassed rewards of commercial success to pursue his calling with relentless passion and perseverance. “mindFLUX” will inspire global audiences as they engage in exclusive new interviews from the artist and diverse talent including Academy Award winner F. Murray Abraham, Eric Bogosian, James Cromwell, Willem Dafoe, Yoko Ono, Pulitzer Prize winner Suzan-Lori Parks, Will Patton, Lou Reed, Lili Taylor, Wallace Shawn, Ben Silverman and John Zorn.
