Right in Our Backyard: African Diaspora Film Festival at Teachers College

Playing through Sunday August 30 at Teachers College, check out The African Diaspora Film Festival’s film series of Immigration Stories.

Saturday August 29 you can see The Night of Destiny (2pm), Dollars and Dreams (4pm), and The Nanny (6:30pm).

Sunday August 30 check out a double feature of Sexual Exiles and Shopping to Belong at 2pm followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers At 6pm, there will be a sneak-preview of A Forgotten Injustice, following the trials of Mexicans’ immigration to the United States.

Tickets to each film/program are $7 with your Columbia ID.
